How many hours will I need?
Starting out you may only need a few hours help to keep you focused and on track. Why go through the hassles, headaches and added cost of hiring an employee for a few hours here and there?
Virtual Administrators allow you to choose blocks of time granting you the flexibility that suits your business both now and in the future. You only pay for the actual work you need done. You can start out small, maybe 5 hours a month and increase if and when you’re ready.

How do I know if the VA is working if I cannot see them?
Remember that your VA is a business owner and as such will treat your projects as if they are their very own projects. A VA has a huge stake in how they perform their work. If a VA does not perform work or satisfactory work then the VA’s own business reputation is damaged and therefore is highly motivated to complete all projects in a timely and professional manner.

How do I know how much time a VA is spending on my work?
We use a time tracker to track our time and it provides us with reports that can be sent to each client telling the time spent on the project, the project category, and the project description.

Is my information secure?
VA’s take precautions to ensure that your information is secure by utilizing software programs that are installed on their computer to ensure your projects are secure.
We also sure that your information is sent via secure means and automatically backed up onto a secure online server. We use this server to send and receive the information.

Is my information confidential?
All information is confidential and your VA should provide you with or at least be willing to sign a Non-disclosure agreement/confidentiality agreement ensuring the confidentiality of your documents.
We have a standard Non-disclosure agreement that is signed by all parties involved. This would include you the client and myself, as the owner of Inbox CyberFox Virtual Office Services.

What does a VA charge?
VA’s have different rates for different types of projects, and often offer some sort of pricing packages. Offshore VAs often charge a small amount but you often get what you pay for and the security of your information could be in question. You should never choose a VA based on rates alone, often the rates will reflect the experience and education of the VA.
We have a standard hourly rate of $35.00, but also offer per project rates, discounts and different pricing packages. To learn more about our other rate options please visit our rates page.

What is your turnaround time?
Each VA will have a different turnaround time depending on how many clients and projects they have going at the current time, but will able to let you know the turnaround time before the start of a project.
We generally have a standard turnaround time of 1 – 3 business days for basic tasks. If the task requires more time you will be notified prior to the start of the task.
