Retainer Plans
This level will offer you the security of a set number of hours per month that are priority scheduled just for you. Retainer plans are offered at a minimum of 5 hours and discount applies. Fees are due by the 1st of each month. Hours are billed in 15 minute increments and must be used by the end of the month.

Pay As You Go
This level provides for clients that may not have enough hours per month for a retainer package or prefer to be invoiced as the work is completed. Most services are charged at current billing rate.
There is a two hour minimum deposit for new clients and time is billed in 15 minute increments. Clients are invoiced twice a month, with payment due upon receipt on the 1st and 15th of the month. Payment is required for work to continue.

Project Rates
Projects are done on an individual contract basis and a 50% deposit is due upon acceptance. Balance is due before release of project material or upon completion.

Additional Fees
Extra fees may be incurred for supplies specific to customer needs, i.e. specialty paper, postage, envelopes, courier fees, travel. Full disclosure of additional fees will be provided to client ahead of time and charged at actual cost.

Rush Jobs
Rush jobs will be taken on a individual basis and will be charged a 15% rush fee.

Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards through PayPal and we will accept Business or Personal Checks. All checks must clear before work begins. A $39.00 service charge will be imposed for all returned checks.
